Refund And Return Policy

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unopened and unused
  • Item must be in the same condition as when delivered
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Opened items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons

Return Process

  1. Contact us at help@marvona.co to start your return
  2. If your return meets our criteria, we will provide shipping instructions
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  4. No restocking fees will be charged
  5. All returns must be pre-approved; items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item

Refund Process

  1. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status
  2. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days
  3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  4. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
